Application

Intro call

A 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager. No tricks. We want to understand who you are, what you've built, and what you're looking for.

Technical / skills assessment

A take-home task or a live session depending on the role. Scoped to 2–3 hours maximum. We respect your time.

Team interviews

Two conversations: one with a future peer, one with a founder. This is also your chance to interrogate us.

Offer

If it's a fit on both sides, we move fast. Offer letter within 48 hours of the final interview.
