No. Community participation and maintaining an eligible aspiration profile are free. Identity, eligibility and standing requirements still apply. Eligible users can also prepare base-tool drafts without payment or workspace activation.
It is an Office you explicitly select for paid operational use through your individual Account. A holding or aspiration can exist without activation. Recording a factual holding does not consume a paid slot.
No. The four base tools are included with every paid plan. Each of the twelve optional tools has a separate monthly subscription on every tier. Plans determine the capacity and advanced features available within those tools.
No. One add-on subscription covers your Account’s eligible Offices, subject to activation, applicability and authority. It is a recurring monthly subscription, not a lifetime purchase. Add-ons remain monthly even when your plan is billed annually.
An eligible aspirant can use campaign tools: Announcements, Press Releases, Public Notices, Reports and Policy, subject to the relevant subscriptions and permissions. Minutes and other official acts require the appropriate holder authority. Buying a plan or winning an election does not independently grant incumbent access.
Paid operations stop, while records are preserved. Eligible base-tool drafts and authorised ordinary submission handling remain available. Previously acquired optional tools retain authorised historical access after lapse, with new drafting and editing blocked. Deactivating a workspace releases its slot; it does not cancel your subscription or end your tenure.
When the successor’s authorised holding becomes effective, they and their authorised team can continue outstanding submissions for the same Office. Existing actions retain their original attribution. Accounts, subscriptions and purchased tools are not transferred between holders.
